I have been coming here for many years now and cannot speak more highly of this little jewel of an establishment Iu2019ve found. I have been to different Urgent Care facilities and none can compare to the kindness and professionalism that myself and my family receive here. If you are looking for urgent care or just care in general this is the location. You arenu2019t treated like just a patient here. I love also that they are multilingual and are able to service English/Spanish speaking clients with ease. From the front desk to the back office you get quality and kind service that covers many needs, health, weightu2026just come on in and give em a tryu2026you wonu2019t regret it!

Iu2019ve had the best experience here! The staff is incredibly professional, and they always get you in quickly. The owner is so kind and welcomingu2014she never turns anyone away. Everyone who works here, from the nurses to the doctors, is helpful and attentive. I will always choose this place whenever I need care.

The attention of the staff and the primary doctor is good, but be prepared to be hot during your visit. I have come more than twice and it is always the same. You feel like the air conditioning is off, your hands sweat, and if you are allergic, it smells damp and old.

If you want to be misdiagnosed and almost die then this is definitely the urgent care facility for you. I would rate them negative stars if possible. I brought my daughter in for ACUTE pain, the doctor spent less than 10 minutes with her, basically looked at her and then gave a diagnosis. No cultures, no bloodwork, no urinalysis, absolutely no tests at all! She was prescribed antibiotics and told she would get worse before she got better. That part was reliable, she got a lot worse and 2 days later was having emergency surgery at a real hospital on the verge of sepsis. Not only was the initial diagnosis completely incorrect, it was one that cannot be determined with the naked eye - only a culture viewed under a microscope. And the medication prescribed isn't even used for what was supposedly wrong with her. I cannot begin to stress how much I DO NOT recommend anyone utilizing this facility. The incompetence is so gross and negligent that I am filing a compliant with the Texas Medical Board as well as the Health and Human Services Commission.
