My doctor could not see me but wanted me to see a doctor as soon as possible. She recommended Dr. Khan at West Madison Urgent Care. The receptionist was so nice, kind and very through. I was not sure if they would take my insurance so she checked before signing me in. Dr. Khan was so understanding of my concern and addressed me needs. If you're looking for an urgent care in the Madison area check them out.

I love this clinic! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Dr. Khan, the NP Mary and the entire staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They were thorough with my exams, diagnostic tests and explained everything to me in detail. The medical techs are super sweet, too! Following my visit, my prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy and I received an email from the clinic with a full report of my visit and list of prescriptions. So happy to have found my go to urgent care clinic!

Dr. Conn (think thatu2019s how you spell it) and his nurse took very good care of my dad and I both. This clinic is quick but also explains everything in detail where itu2019s understood. Iu2019ve been here 3 times now and I definitely recommend this clinic!!

I came to West Madison Urgent Care with my daughters before and they received the greatest, professional, fastest care. I decided to see Dr. Kahn for a respiratory infection and he is amazing. He is kind, patient and asks questions. We all really liked him. His staff is friendly and amazing as well. I will always come to West Madison Urgent Care when I need to. Best place to go in Madison..(but don't tell too many!)

I will no longer go anywhere else when I need to visit an urgent care. Everyone is SO friendly! They make the process easy, are efficient and everything is clean. I felt very well cared for and could not have asked for a better experience. All while having the flu and not feeling like being anywhere but at home! Highly recommend!
