I was stuck in the middle of Green Mountain with my dog Reese who could not move on her own, and being 70 pounds I could not carry her the whole way back to the car. After the park ranger Dave (who also did a great job) called in for a UTV extraction the team arrived quickly and got me and my dog out safely. Thank you for a job well done gentleman!

Speaking against the ambulance services, they DO NOT care about you, only their money! Pathetic that they can get away with sending you to collections when you have no other choices for paramedics or an ambulance ride. Tried talking with their billing department and that lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Sad state of affairs that we live in. Thought y'all were here to help the community not make sure you get your money. One expensive ride for such a short trip, would NOT recommend to anyone. Charged over $1,200 for a .6 mile ride. You do the math

I just want to say thank you for your commitment to safety! I would imagine that obtaining a Class I ISO rating is not just something that gets handed out, you would have to be an organization that is efficient, effective, dependable and competent.I just want to quote the press release from your website, as I feel very few people understand the implications of the new rating, not just from a public safety standpoint:Only 0.5% of approximately 46,000 fire agencies across the country earn a Class 1 rating. And, only 60 of the 239 internationally -accredited fire agencies have a Class 1 rating. Many insurance companies use the ratings to set property coverage rates. In West metrou2019s district, a typical homeowner, with a home valued at $300,000, could see annual insurance savings of around $200. The new rating will save business owners approximately 3% to 5% on commercial insurance premiums depending on building construction. So keep up the good work and kudos for always improving!

If I could give this company a negative star rating I most definitely would. In 2014 I had to experience the complete incompetence of two of their paramedics at a public venue. I neither solicited, wanted nor needed their assistance but due to their complete error in judgement, and refusal of my most basic rights, I've had to pay thousands of dollars.

My apartment building was evacuated for a false alarm. I politely asked the firefighters for some information on the cause but they did not want to acknowledge me or my questions. I was rudely snubbed in front of the other tenants whom of which were appalled at their behavior. Never experienced such arrogant firefighters!
