Wonderful experience, in and out the door in an hour! I came in around 6 pm on a Saturday needing stitches on my knee. Bird welcomed me and quickly helped me check in. Max was wonderful - he walked me through the process, cleaned out my wound, was kind and easy to chat with. Kramer was my PA and did an absolutely fantastic job stitching me up and making sure I was comfortable throughout. He was patient with me and even added more numbing medicine when I was feeling nervous. All around best experience at an Urgent care. Quiet, clean, quick, very competent and kind. Good people helping others, what more can you ask for! 10/10! :)

I came in for an issue and the staff ended up sending me to the ER because they did not have the tools to help me. Staff was kind, but they still charged me a $50 co-pay. I posted a review and the director called me and said if I take down they negative review, they would refund me the co-pay. After almost 2 months and 3 different phone calls to the facility, I was informed that it is nearly impossible to refund a co-pay due to their system.nnIf it were not for this shady interaction regarding my co-pay and taking down my Google review, I would give them 3 starts. Facility is clean and staff seems nice. Now I know that urgent cares are more for sprains, minor illnesses like cold/flu/covid, not for issues with chronic conditions. However, I still feel that offering this deal of refunding my co-pay if I delete my review is unprofessional and unethical.

I just appreciate being heard, comforted, and treated with a plan that gave me relief! Everyone I spoke with, from the front desk to the nurses were kind and thoughtful. I was in a lot of pain and scared, so I'm glad that I was in such good hands when I felt like I couldn't fully advocate for myself. My provider even considered what pharmacies were open on a late Sunday evening when coming up with a plan, which was extra considerate. I feel like if anything gets worse or doesn't improve, I know I can come back here for help and will receive the same level of great care.

I had the painful pleasure of finding this tucked away Urgent Care. I hadn't seen it before but I cut my toe pretty good and I knew I needed stitches. They didn't take me as seriously as they could have. That would be my only complaint but I understand the scenario ud83dude15 I've worked in the healthcare field for many years and the patient often thinks or claims it's worse than it is. They had no way of knowing that I am the type of patient that will fix or deal with whatever ever to avoid going medical attention ud83eudee3ud83dude44nnThree Peaks Urgent Care is a great little clinic. This place is bright and clean. I did notice they have X-ray capabilities and a procedure area to handle minor stuff (for example; a badly cut big toe ud83dude2c) The staff was great. They were all friendly and pleasant. The nurse and doctor thatncleaned, scrubbed, injected and stitched (6) my toe were gentle, thorough and put up with my silly humor ud83dude00 I will be back for the stitches to be removed. I will also return when my clumsy self needs more attention than I can handle ud83dude09
