This entity is engaged in deceptive billing practices, sending out fraudulent and inflated invoices with no legitimate billing department to verify charges. They are deliberately operating under a different name than the one registered with the state, a tactic that appears designed to mislead recipients and obstruct accountability. Such actions may constitute fraud and should be subject to legal scrutiny.

Should be no stars!! Went into this urgent care because I couldn't keep water or food down, I was dizzy and vomiting for a whole week straight. I finally got up enough strength to go in. Get there and ask if I can have a CBC (complete blood count) done due to the symptoms I was having and also a pregnancy test just in case. Receptionist gives me a clip board with forms to take my info and not too long after the doctor comes out and says we take blood here but we can't do it for you. Why I asked? You have to go to your Primary care doctor for that. Why again I asked because I told him I felt faint at that moment. We only take blood if we see a reason. So me coming in telling the doctor I haven't eaten for a week and feeling faint is not a good enough reason. Also per the doctor, even though I have insurance (Blue Cross ins) they won't bill my insurance they will bill me and because of that I couldn't be seen. I was turned away from being treated and thank God I wasn't dieing or died trying to drive in my condition. I couldn't belive the service and I hope they shut down this place.

Very professional and helpful. They try their best to accommodate patients as they need to. I had a very good experience. I had to get a covid test and I tested my daughter too who is only 10 months old. The physician assistant came personally to get the test done for my daughter because she is too young. I really appreciate them plus they work with one of the best labs in the area.
