Drove over an hour to be seen with my 6mo son because I have Partnership and am limited in where I can be seen. Called ahead to see if I could make an appointment and got no answer. Pulled up to not only the facility being closed for specific hours but due to my insurance I would not have been able to be seen for another hour and a half

This place has been wonderful! I've been having some extreme back issues recently and they took me in last Monday without an appointment and prescribed me medication that was ready for pick up that same day. Today I had an issue with my work being picky about the Dr's note I received. I called in at 9am and the receptionist was fantastic! The Dr I spoke to on the phone was wonderful as well and was able to adjust my note for my work place. I wish I could have them as my primary care. Highly recommend!

The front desk refused service to my white looking Spanish husband and said that he had to be seen after 5pm. When he asked if he was a second class citizen she just smiled and nodded yes.

They need to change the hours they claim to be open. They stop accepting patients an hour before they close. What's the point of an urgent care that's open until 9 if it is not, in fact, open until 9.

Everything about my experience here was lovely! The front person was very kind and gave options of being discreet while talking about my issue in a room full of people. They dealt with me as a new patient very timely, with lots of others in the waiting room being seen as well. I had very pleasant conversations and genuine sweetness from the medical staff, and they made me feel extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
