Dr. Christina Zhang and her clinic are amazing. She is professional, kind, and truly listens to her patients. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of every time I visit. The clinic is clean, organized, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Iu2019ve never had a more frustrating and infuriating experience with a clinic.nnFirst, I confirmed with my insurance that I could go to this clinic for a visa medical exam. When I arrived, I double-checked with the front desk using my insuranceu2014and everything seemed fine.nnThen I showed the required form to the nurse and specifically asked TWICE whether a chest X-ray was needed. She looked me in the eye and replied, u201cNo, itu2019s not needed, Iu2019ve done this a million times.u201d When I asked again to make sure, she literally rolled her eyes at meu2014making me question whether I misunderstood something in English.nnLater, I paid an extra $150 u201cdoctor signing fee.u201d Before paying, I triple-checked again with the front desk. Kim even went to the back and confirmed that no X-ray was needed, and the form could be filled out once the results came backu2014as long as they were negative.nnFOR THE ENTIRE TIME, I was second-guessing myself, thinking maybe I misunderstood the form. But nou2014I was right. The X-ray was required, and now the form canu2019t even be completed.nnOn top of all this, I told the clinic from the first visit that this was urgent. I couldnu2019t come back for a second visit, and I paid everything upfront to get the form completed and sent out quickly. The lab results came out only after one working day, and Itu2019s now been almost a weeku2014Iu2019ve received NOTHING. Iu2019ve called so many times, explained everything again and again, and every person I speak to seems unaware of whatu2019s going on. ZERO internal communication. ZERO accountability.nnThis clinic doesnu2019t just lack competenceu2014it lacks basic respect for patients. If your exam has any urgency or complexity, do NOT come here.

I have been going to Mi Doctor Urgent Care Hells Kitchen since they opened their doors. Dr Palli is by far the best doctor, providing top notch care at all times. Between the staff and all the doctors in the office they are all so friendly, caring, and always provide me with the care I need. Which is why 5 years later they are my go to for any health concerns I am dealing with. 5 Stars all around.

The doctor I saw was competent, attentive and professional. She explained my coughing and difficulty breathing and assured me that I did not have pneumonia, which is what I had feared. She prescribed prophylactic antibiotics in case something might be brewing, and a cough medicine to help control my coughing.nnI would have given the experience 5 stars except that the exam room and the waiting area were depressing. The waiting area had sofas that were desperately in need of replacement. The exam room had posters haphazardly taped to the walls, damaged plaster on the walls and debris on the floor. 20% of the experience are the facilities and they get a u201c0u201d for the facilities.nnIt wouldnu2019t take a lot of money to improve this aspect of the patient experience. In an upscale neighborhood such as Manhattanu2019s UES, just a little bit of pride in the workplace would go a long way.
