The wait time was awful.. I'm not quite sure what was going on, there were 3 people ahead of us when we got there. It ended up taking 3, going on 4 hours before we were seen and left. I honestly have never waited so long at a urgent care before. I kind of felt like it would have been quicker going to the emergency room. Staff was nice, but they all just seemed like they were struggling with everything.. between seeing patients and printing off school notes, it was just kind of crazy in there. Maybe they were short handed, I'm not sure. It didnt seem that way. Also wasn't too enthused with their new way of doing paperwork on the phone..nHaving to scan/upload insurance cards and photo IDs... I thought that was their job. Definitely would have thought that doing this would have made things move faster, but it was totally the opposite. I was overall not impressed, and don't think I will visit this location in the future.

I loved this new Mercy Urgent care. The lady working the front desk was so helpful, polite and sweet. They got me right into a room and the MA came in and took vitals. The doctor came in shortly after and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!

My child's pediatrician's office was unavailable and she was getting more ill by the day so I chose urgent care. Dr. Mo was fabulous! He was caring, knowledgeable and his bedside manner was beyond compare. I wish he could be our pcp. Thank you Dr. Mo!!!

Woke up with pain in my ears not only was it fast it was quick in and out. Er takes hours and hours instead of getting to the point. Doctor discovered that I had double ear infection prescribed the medicine thats needed experience was awesome I will come again for future references.
