I have been a patient at West Valley for over 5 years and haven't experienced ONE of the negative things I've read in the comments. I personally know their Dr's are amazing people first hand, especially Dr Stephanie Van Ham. She's comes in with such a positive attitude it's hard to not catch and find yourself in a good mood simply for being in her presence. Being great at communication and very caring makes Dr. Van Ham one of the best Dr's in the state. Also have hands down one of best nursing staffs with Rebecca who's such an amazing, caring and, kind person. The whole staff is what I would consider to be the gold standard for medical facility to be. Joseph F.

Tried to get in as a new patient and they've already called me to reschedule twice. I was given two different reasons for the second reschedule by two different people, so obviously someone is lying. Not a good impression on a brand new patient! Now I have to find someone else who isn't a million miles away and who takes my insurance. Why is it so difficult to find a doctor with competent, professional and nice staff? It's gotten ridiculous.

I was a little nervous about changing my primary care physician to Dr Punia after reading the reviews. I honestly have to say, I have NO idea what these people are talking about. I couldn't be more satisfied or impressed by the care I was given. The front office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Punia was vey thorough and his attention to details was excellent. He had to request referrals for me, said normal wait time was 7-10 days but that he would try and speed up the process. I had approval and my physical therapy scheduled within 2 days! He sent my precipitous thru while I was still sitting in the office with him so they were ready for pick up after my appointment. I am SO glad I found Dr Punia and I HIGHLY recommend you go experience his office for yourself and not let negative reviews make decisions for you!

Horrible. Came here for morning appointment just opened and 1 hour behind. It took over 3 months to get my referral. They say it's because they hired someone new but that is always the excuse. I change insurance in 2 months and can't wait to change doctors. I always go to Nextcare Urgent care to avoid this place. Unfortunately I had to come get another referral and can't believe the staff and poor customer service and they are not organized at all when it comes to patients and what needs to be done. I rather wait at hospital for my CT scan then come to this place for a referral unfortunately due to my job I'm stuck coming here. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Now called 4C Medical Group: It is really difficult to get through to someone, referrals took months, and record submission to the insurance never took place (called multiple times). I have called and gotten hung up on. The only reason I kept going because I liked my doctor. He is becoming complacent with the place as well, so I am done.
