Itu2019s near where I live plus they saw me on the weekend because weekdays I have to get to work part time. Saturday I have all day no problem. I can wait it out, but I take care of what my doubts are. I got my x-ray done for my knee I didnu2019t have a fracture so Iu2019m good nothing much to worry about thank you West Med stuff. I must commend all the staff for an amazing experience. Medical Assistants Rita and Sanije were caring and empathetic. They were also respectful during the intake. The charge nurse, Sima, also stepped in when my vitals were abnormal. Nicole Park NP was also excellent. She was thorough, attentive, and made me feel like she cared.

I visited Summit Health Urgent Care on Monday, 4/14, due to heavy vaginal bleeding and blood clots. I was seen by NP James Cawley, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.From the start, Cawley showed poor bedside manner. After sending me for an ultrasound, he returned to the room without providing a printout of the results or explaining them in a meaningful way. He briefly mentioned that I had a cyst of decent size but offered no further guidance or information. Despite me repeatedly expressing concern about the abnormal bleeding, he dismissed my questions and rushed me out with no instructions, no medication, and no sense of urgency.I understand that some of my questions may have been outside the scope of urgent care and that I needed to see a specialist. However, the way this was communicated lacked care and clarity - especially given the seriousness of the situation and the sensitivity of womenu2019s health. I was left feeling so dismissed and confused.To make matters worse, I later discovered that instead of referring me to a gynecologist as he claimed, he referred me to a midwife u2014 completely inappropriate given the situation. The lack of care and follow-through was alarming. I fainted the next day due to continued heavy bleeding and had to go to the ER, where the providers were shocked that I hadnu2019t even been advised to take ibuprofen to help slow the bleeding.This experience left me feeling ignored, gaslit, and genuinely unsafe. James Cawley not only demonstrated a lack of empathy but also a serious gap in clinical judgment. I fear what couldu2019ve happened had I not sought additional care. Patients go to urgent care expecting immediate and competent support, and unfortunately, that was not what I received.

Jaime. This place by far is the best place n the area. They are fast at helping you, when you need them. Doctors are the best, kind and professionals.They provide the right medicine for the right problem you might be going through.I was coughing very badly, and they help. I got pneumonia and they help me and stop the paint. And I still getting better.Thanks God first and to them for the blessings of their knowledge and understanding on whatu2019s concerning to medicine. I and my daughter were seen incredibly quickly. That has not been my experience from any other walk-in Urgent Care center. Also, we were seen together which was amazing, a nurse saw us for the initial intake and testing, and later a doctor examined us and went over test results with us. I have been to urgent care centers were I was never seen by a doctor. An excellent experience overall.
