I thought this was a walk in clinic, was made to feel I needed an appt to be there, even though no other patients were there when I arrived at 7:45am. Nurse's attitude was that I was a bother, she had to register me in. I did not feel at all welcome!! My pain level went up because of the frustration I felt going there!! The CRNP WAS GREAT!! TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND PRESCRIBED MEDS. THANK YOU!! Sorry he has to work with the other two staff who wasn't kind.

Just left Hunt Club Urgent Care and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing care my little one received. He was afraid, Sara was extremely sweet and understanding of this fact. She calmly explained everything to him before she did his flu test or used any monitors on him. Bonnie was very thorough and patient in her examination of my son, she was very knowledgeable, reassuring and kind. I couldnu2019t be happier with the service we received tonight. I knew my son was in good hands.

As much as I dislike going to the Doctor I have a story for you. I smashed a finger and we will just leave it at that.My employer sent me to Hunt Club Urgent Care. I don't get to wound up about things unless they are real bad or real good, stupid don't count.nGood service would be an understatement in my experience. I would highly recommend this facility. All the employees made me very comfortable. This is the most professional group of people at one place that knew their jobs that I ever seen.nI highly recommend you ask to see Wendi Shillingburg she is awesome at what she does.She takes time to explain what is going on with the procedures. The nurses and receptionist were on top of their game as well.nIf everyone has the experience and is treated like I was they will be glad they visited Hunt Club Urgent Care.nGrant Shoemaker

I've used them twice and they really went above and beyond on my second visit. I had a back injury and was unable to sit without intense pain. They let me know by phone when the waiting room line was short and gave me a place to lay down right away when I arrived until I could see the medical staff. This was HUGE for me. They were also extremely nice about calling a cab for me when I was ready to leave as I was unable to drive. The willingness to go the extra mile to help me was VERY appreciated.

The doctors are good but make you feel uncomfortable so if you are really sick and need help don't expect sympathy from them even when they find out something is wrong with you they give you this weird attitude also the receptionist's act like the old stereotype of old grumpy librarian. So if you want to find out what is wrong quick go there but don't expect anything else other than awkwardness, Crude people never going here again in my life.. They wonder why they get the worst business in the tri-state area.. My only regret is that i wish i could give them negative stars.
