This review is of the PA (Becky Thomas) that I seen yesterday. This was an transfer/establish care visit. The reason I seen the PA first was because Dr. Stuber wasn't available until January for new patients. Check-in went great, the receptionist was kind and friendly. The wait time to be called in was only 3-5 minutes. The nurse was great as well she listened and was nice and comforting. I waited about 5 minutes before the PA, Becky came in. She came in with an attitude and was rushing. She told me that they were 45 minutes behind. She asked me questions about my health and other things but she never physically examined me! I have a wound that needed to be looked at she refused to put on gloves to examine it, I had to remove the bandage myself to show her it. When I got home I checked the notes she had written about my visit. Not only were they wildly inaccurate, she made up answers to questions she never asked me!

I have brought my husband and myself to this office several times over the past 3 years. We have always gotten in and out within 1-1 1/2 hours. They are clean and thorough. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. I have never been turned away because of my insurance. I wish this was my permanent Dr's office.

Extremely disappointed in this place. My husband is a patient of Dr. Stubors and has said wonderful things. I had an appointment this morning with Becky because I believe I have a UTI . The appointment was originally for Tuesday but it was booked incorrectly so they changed it to today. I just received a phone call saying they have to cancel it because I am not s patient and their advice was to go to Urgent Care. I could have done that earlier and probably be feelinguch better. What gross incompetence!!

I am so thankful for EVERYONE here! Dr. Gillotti is the best Doctor Iu2019ve ever had! She really cares about her patients and taylors her care to the person in front of her. The Nurses all the way down to the Office staff. Absolutely fantastic! I make an appointment and NEVER have to wait more than 5-15 minutes to be seen. And I drive all the way from the city to Greece so that in itself has to say enough! Thanks for everything you do for us!

Hands down the WORST doctors office. Do yourself a favor & find somewhere else. Every month, without fail, a prescription ive been on for the past 30 yrs doesnt get refilled on the script due date. I have to call 5-6 days ahead of time, continue to call & follow up, the script still doesnt get refilled & finally 4-5 days AFTER ive been out of it....then, then they go ahead and refill it. They hold your meds hostage. What kind of doctors office does that? They dont keep you up to date on when your 3 month med check is until your completely out of your meds and then expect you to drop everything your doing & come in. There's no one else in office who can fill your scripts. Its just an absolute mess. If you have a serious illness or take a medication you need on a monthly basis....DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE. They dont even answer their phones, you have to go through an automated prompt check-in with someone off site. This place is a joke.
