I wouldnu2019t go here if youu2019re sick. If you just need a checkup or something else maybe, but I wouldnu2019t. I did get in quick but you know those long office waits for good drs well thatu2019s the reason why they are. Not this place. Some weird vibe going on in office staff and between the Dr. Iu2019m not even sure he was a dr he didnu2019t say what he was and didnu2019t have a badge. I went in with ear pain and I still got it but itu2019s worse because he didnu2019t give me anything for it. His nurse assumed it was from me wearing ear plugs at night. That was her diagnosis and I heard her telling it to him. Neither took my temperature or asked me if I had other symptoms. I did write on my paperwork I was dizzy too. That never came up. What a joke of medical care. When he came in to see me he only had his nurseu2019s diagnosis on his mind. He said I had fluid behind my ear drum and it had inflammation. Yes. He said to come back if I had fever or it got worse. Crazy these people have some kind of medical degree.

I called for an appointment, and was quickly booked for my physical examination. The staff is quick, attentive, friendly and with positive attitudes. The medical assistant, Selina, went above and beyond with following up on my results and timely receipt of documentation. The entire team at the clinic were receptive to my concerns, and responded professionally.

Really a welcoming place and they try their best to give you all the information and support to make you comfortable to achieve end objective. Please keep it up.
