We waited over 2 hours to be seen. No one seemed to be in a rush to see the people that were waiting.nThere was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap to wash your hands with. No hand sanitizer anywhere either.nWhen we went into the examination room, there was no paper sheet on the examination chair. I guarantee it wasnu2019t sanitized between the patients.nThe pulse oximeter that was used on my sonu2019s finger was put back into the little basket without being cleaned for the next patient.nCovid, the flu and other viruses are rampant at this time of the year, yet nothing seems to be sanitized in this urgent care.nMy sonu2019s height was approximated with clipboard placed above his head by the wall instead of a proper stadiometer.nI honestly canu2019t believe this medical establishment is run so poorly.

Had to get a rapid covid test to get clearance for a hospital and this was the only place that was offering the 15 minute result test. The ladies in the front were quick, helpful and informative. I was checked in, tested and given my results within 45 minutes. I went back a 2nd time for the same thing and they were much slower. Not sure if it was because the guys in the front didn't know what they were doing but I spent more than 30 minutes waiting to be checked in and had to wait some more in the room to get tested and more waiting for the results. I spent about 2 hours here compared to the 45 minute visit I had a few days prior. The customer service is good and the tech that does the test is nice and quick to swab. Overall I can say the wait time is better than other places specially when you need a covid test as soon as possible with no appointment.
