Employees are very compassionate. I felt truly cared for. They are very thoroughu2014they left no stone unturned in trying to solve my problem. Doctor got back to me right away with lab results. Everything they did worked. I already feel a lot better. This is the only Urgent Care I trust.

Went in for an ear problem. Waited hardly at all. Was taking to a room by a very polite and courteous woman. Was seen and had vitals take by a very polite and courteous nurse, Jose. Within 15 minutes the doctor came in. She checked my ears and proclaimed my problem to be treatable by over the counter meds. I left and got the meds and started taking them. 24 hours or so later, my problem has gone away. So grateful, and so grateful to have such a resource 1 1/2 miles from my home. Highly recommend.

I was treated well by the friendly and helpful staff and doctor. I have not been to an urgent care I. A very long time and was happy to have found a good one. There was a bit of a wait even though I had an appointment, but I think that is to be expected. Definitely recommend. PS I had only a bad cold and nothing worse thank goodness.

Made an appointment on the website. Before I could finish the paperwork I got a message that I could not have that time. Went without an appointment. Erin at front desk was good. All rooms were full, wait time uncertain. Told to wait in our car.Waited about 30 mins, checked back, wait time still uncertain. Left for an hour, called and were told to come in. Returned. Taken in quickly. PA was overwhelmed. Quick exam. Ordered an injected antibiotic. It was bleeding at the site (I disclosed I am taking Eliquis) but no bandaid given until requested. Ordered blood tests. Draw performed by med tech. Got one vial out of first vein then switched veins. With the second, had bleeding under skin and outside. Placed a cotton and bandaid. Bled through both and dripped down my arm. Ordered oral antibiotics and told to return the next day for an MD to review.Returned with appointment day 2. Placed in a room quickly but doc took about 30 mins to come in. There were no other patients. When she entered she asked what are we doing here. Had not reviewed the documentation from day 1, nor the blood test results. Was not personable. Concurred with the diagnosis, thought the antibiotic prescription was excessive.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. It's nice when you feel crappy and someone still has good energy and is patient with you. The doctor was good, treated me... I feel better. However, I made an appointment and didn't get seen until an hour and a half later. That why I gave the 4 stars.
