My boyfriend got hurt badly on two of his fingers today, so we headed to this urgent care to get him treated. Turns out he had no broken bones but had to get 4 stitches. Let me tell you we couldnu2019t have had a better experience! Angela (nurse) and Dr. Behnaz Babaknia worked together to treat him. They were both so nice, explained the process, checked up on him, answered any questions and kept conversation throughout the stitches process which helped my boyfriend enormously. They made sure we knew exactly what was going on and were supportive the whole time. I cannot thank these ladies enough for their amazing service, patience, hard work, and kindness, they are both very amazing at their job and our experience was great. Thank you for taking care of my boyud83dudc9edefinitely a great experience regarding the scary circumstances!!

We were visiting California from out of state, and my daughter ended up with an ear infection hurting her pretty badly.nWe got seen with an appointment in less than two hours, with less than 10 minutes to wait in the actual waiting room. The staff was incredibly kind, and gave my daughter a coloring sheet with her name u201cHave fun at Disneyland!u201d It was very clean, straightforward, and we got an antibiotic prescription for her ear infection quickly. I was very pleased, and thankful for the experience I had here!

The service was extremely bad, especially doctor krystle Wong. I do not recommend her because she does not seem very experienced, and did not help me a lot. I wanted some medicine to help with the pain and she didnu2019t prescribe me anything to alleviate the pain.

I can't say enough about memorial care. They treat me and my daughter like family. ud83dudc4d From the moment you walk in and speak to front desk ( ugh didn't get her name) She is compassionate and listens.
