My mom was schedule for a pace maker implant fat 9am, she was taken to surgery around 11:15. The nurses were very kind and all the staff, the anesthesiologist very professional and explained everything really well. The doctor explained everything before the surgery begun. The nurse Hortensia was very sweet and kind to my mom. In general we are very happy with all the attention, kindness and professionalism from all the staff.

I spent over 10 hours in the ER with severe abdominal pain, and the experience was completely unacceptable.nnWhen I was finally seen, the doctor spent less than two minutes with me. No real discussion, no sense of urgency u2014 just a Quick poke and he said u201c yep letu2019s do CAT scanu201d then just got up and left me and my wife sitting there. While I sat in pain for hours, I overheard him casually chatting nearby about his camping trip with his sonu2019s Eagle Scouts and how excited he was about a new wood saw u2014 something he called a u201cluxury, not a necessity.u201d Thatu2019s great and all, but it was clear where his focus was, and it wasnu2019t on the patients.nnWhen I told him I had abdominal pain, he looked at me like I was being dramatic. Iu2019m not a kid complaining about a stomachache u2014 I was in real pain, and came to the ER because I thought something might be seriously wrong. His dismissive attitude and lack of engagement were incredibly frustrating, especially after such a long wait. There were a lot of us left like that and they all said the same thing they see him go back and forth but not do anything but talk with a u201cIu2019m better than youu201d attitude.nnThe environment was just as bad maybe worse. There was no water, no air circulation, and unbearably uncomfortable chairs that left me with back pain on top of the abdominal pain I came in with.nnIf you ever have to go here, bring your own water, a seat cushion, and neck support. Honestly, you might leave with more discomfort than you arrived with. I understand the ER can be unpredictable, but this experience felt like I was an afterthought u2014 not a patient in need of care.nnIf you were lucky and survived the ER, you would meet the lovely people in u201cHallway 3 u201c and the nurses that took care of me after. But that back pain was still there to the point where the question u201cwhat is your pain at?u201d It was hard to separate the back pains from the real reason I came in.

My overall experience went well. The staff made you feel comforting and was very sweet. My only bad experience was in recovery, my nurse was not as empathetic to my needs and a but rude. But everyone else was great.

I recently got admitted at this hospital for a scheduled hysterectomy, every single employee at this hospital was great from day one. Everyone was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and they were very reassuring. Everyone was so professional and I felt well taken care of. After my surgery all the nurses were so attentive and caring, they would do their routine check ins and would always make sure I didnu2019t need anything. I know people complain about hospital food but idk if I was just hungry but it was delicious and it was a good variety. Iu2019m happy this is the hospital I had my surgery at because everything turned out better than expected. Thank you again to all the hard workers here
