I was seen by Meredith back in 2021 and she was phenomenal, took her time to get to know me and listen to the issues I was coming to her with. However, she made a career shift and I was passed along to another doctor. This is the review for her. Meredith would get 5 stars.The last two times I've had Dr. Routh, and I'm appalled by the switch. My first visit was an annual, focusing more on blood work. Well, that wasn't good enough, I had to be reminded I'm overweight and should exercise/eat better (newsflash, I do those things anyways) and am sent off after a literal minute interaction. My second was more recent and within 15 seconds of glancing at it, she came up with the diagnosis and was ready to send me on my way. I wasn't convinced that was the cause, so I pushed back to be met with a different verbage of the diagnosis, and it makes sense but what is the cause? It can't be organic interactions because I pride myself in avoiding feeling like ripping my skin open. But it has to be because you interact with organic material for your job yup, true, but not that one. When I come in contact with that one, my issues solve after two weeks. This issue will be here for months. After a 3 minute interaction, I'm out of there.I just can't accept that this is how they will treat patients so I think this was the last time for me. I should have done more digging before accepting the change.

Receptionist is very cold and rude and clearly no compassion for patients. They miss diagnosed my viral pink eye twice and gave me bacterial pink eye drops instead. So I suffered for a week in pain and severely swollen eye with no progress. Thankfully I got a eye dr appointment and he gave me the proper drops and felt so much relief within the hour. Don't trust them.

Friendly service and environment, not a long waiting period for my appointment. Took me back for my exam quickly, Dr. Holt is super and her nurse Jennifer is great they are patient, easy to communicate with and I have trusted her for all my health care concerns.

First experience with white oak physicians was not a good experience. First the people at the from desk are just planin rude. Not nice women at all. The gal that took all my info after I was taken back to a room was a doll!! So pleasant!! Then the nurse practitioner came in... wow, never met a rude one until that day. She asked me every question 3 times, didn't listen obviously and treated me like I was lying. Then when I said I have asthma she asked me how I know I have asthma. Well I'm 54 years old so you would think I would know. So needless to say so not impressed with there (skills). There's more but I believe this gets the point across. The only ladies that were nice was the billing department. But if the nurse practitioner treats the clients like that I can only imagine how she treats the office people so it's no wonder there not friendly or professional. I'm hoping things change for this office.
