I went here because a friend recommended them after my previous Dr retired.The staff is helpful, the wait times are minimal, and my phone messages always get a return call.I have used their medical services and their mental health services. They have both been excellent. I also like that I can do almost everything from the comfort of my home via Zoom.

The front desk ladies are lazy. They can't look you up to see where you need to be. Instead they send you from building to building just to realize it was the correct place all along and they made me late for my appointment. Literally lazy just eating the entire time while talking to patients.

Update.. went to another dentist and turns out the filings they did here mostly need to be redone, I got them done in Jan and Feb and it's only April. They left a lot of cavity in and didn't drill all of it out. I saw the x-ray so there is no question. I'm very disappointed and wonder how many people they have made lose teeth here. Stay away unless you are getting a tooth pulled and you have no other choice. They are on time restrictions here so it may only partially be their fault but I know if I were doing this job I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I wasn't doing my job properly. Teeth are so important, it should be illegal what they are doing.nLady from dental told my insurance co.pany that I was using the discount program and not access so they wouldn't give me a ride. I did use access for my dental emergency so thanks a lot for that !! You shouldn't even be telling them anything about me being on the dental discount anyway it has nothing to do with them at all!!! On the other hand the dentist is amazing and the office is very nice and brand new. If only the people on the phone didn't ruin it for them. I was on the phone over an hour trying to clear that up and I eventually did but it was a really bad day on top of tooth pain. Heads up to anyone coming here they do not give out pain medication even if you are rocking back in forth in pain.

I went there to get treated because I was feeling sick. They got me right in the same day! Both Diamond (the medical assistant) and Michelle Rhodes Gloor (FNP) were fantastic! They were friendly, confident in their respective jobs, fast, caring, etc., etc.,. Nice job ladies!

Got a text meds were ready for pick up, went in, they said they returned them to the shelf. No text saying that. Had to wait to refill, quite annoying. I'd use another MHC if you could
