The Front ladies was nice. The the nurses was very helpful .nBut I waited over three hrs in the lobby. Two hours just to get checked in then an hour waiting to get called back. It took so long people left. If I had not already paid I would have left.nThen when we got in the exam room the floor had dead bugs and the exam table was filthy. Sat in the exam room for over an hour and a half. Total time from entering the facility to finished exam over 4hrs. I would not recommend this place if your in a hurry.

I took my daughter with ear infection last night. We were in and out less than 30 minutes. The dr was wonderful and very pleasant. The staff were very nice and helpful. We were able to get my daughter medication she needed.

My primary care office would not see me for a recheck on a cough of 3 weeks after antibiotics were finished so I went to Wilson Immediate Care. The entire staff was amazing, from check in with Connie, to radiographs with the X-ray technician, to the PA Jim Fitch. The on coming doctor also spoke with me in the parking lot as i was leaving when he heard my cough! I was cared for and diagnosed with pneumonia. Thank you so much to everyone there. I only wish they could be my primary care facility!!

I got hut at work and this is where my work tool me seen 3 times and they just said pulled muscle. Work fired ne they didn't see ne no more no x rays or mri . Went to my Dr and he did mri I have 2 broke bones in my hip. I'm also a mental health patient and my wife is my caretaker they refused to let her go back with me all 3 tines but allowed my x boss. They also released information to him aginst my will and talk to him after I left. This is a company dr they are not for the patient. I wouldn't bring my dog here . I have pictures of my mri. Why didn't the drs here order a mri and x ray one dr was very very rude very rude . Look at the rating on this place
