Heartless. I'm honestly shocked the woman working at the front desk is allowed to work in healthcare. She had no compassion and was rude. I was crying with a limb child in my arms asking to see the doctor (there was 30 min before closing and NOBODY in the waiting room) and she told me we couldn't be seen because there was already a patient in the back. She went on to describe the severity of that child's lacerations and wounds (which I think breaks HIPPA??)nShe obviously just wanted to make sure they were out the door by 7pm.nI pray the child in the back was getting better care than was offered to us

Only giving one star because I am forced to. Yesterday 10/6 we took my son to the Urgent because he had a fever for a couple days, but woke up crying 10/6 due to his ear hurting. We were seen pretty quickly, however, we were given antibiotics but told to it was a bacterial infection and to wait 10 days. If the fever is still there after 10 days then to start the antibiotics. They looked at his ear and told us nothing was wrong with it. This didn't seem right to me. He complained about his ear throughout the day.nnWell 10/7 he woke up again in pain crying because of his ear again. I made an appt with his pediatrician since it was Monday and they were open. I explained to him what we were told by Urgent Care. He listened to my son and said I would not wait the 10 days. Then he looked in his ear and said its infected. He asked about the dosage we were given. Urgent care did not even have the right dosage they were underdosing him.nnI don't recommend taking your family here.

I had a very, very positive experience starting from the check-in process and through both the nurseu2019s assessment and the doctoru2019s examination. Everyone at this Urgent Care was kind, professional, and took their time to help me. I felt very welcomed from the beginning by Jamie when checking-in and was quickly directed to an examination room. I was surprised it happened so fast! There I received a very thorough nurseu2019s assessment by Jelly. She made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive. This was followed by a lengthy doctoru2019s check up by Alika going over all my symptoms and trying to get to the bottom of what illness I have. She was thorough, compassionate, and patient with my questions. Every question was answered and/or researched in the exam room and I left feeling better as we covered all possibilities.

Visiting for a funeral with my 3 year old and tweaked my back just the before trip. Tried roughing it for a few days but was miserable and decided to come here. Was in and out in 20mins. The staff and doctor were friendly/professional and made my 3 year old comfortable (she hates Dr visits). They laid out options for me, answered my questions and we're very understanding.

Brought my son here on Sunday because his throat was sore swallowing yesterday night my strep red flag went up. So I wanted him to get tested for strep. We went in the morning they got us in accordingly to order we arrived we were 2nd didn't have to wait long the nurse Jelly was nice and right on with ALL expectations of good vibe nice nurses, she let us know they would also test for flu which was included. The test came back positive. The Dr explained how to take the medicine and that my son didn't look like he had strep and wasn't likely to be contagious that his body was fighting it well. We were at his primary doctor last Monday for sore dry throat but no pain when swallowing the Dr prescribed him Claritin because my son has been getting sick often. Overall, im extremely happy, all went as WHATS expected FROM A URGENT CARE they also called in his medicine immediately. I took my son to Kailua urgent care in the past and they didn't call in the medicine. So I'm estactict to have a nearby windward urgent care that does the job right.
