I brought my daughter to be seen and the kids entire staff was awesome. Gia was her nurse and was very sweet and gentle with her. Maria and Christine both seen my daughter and they were were very thorough. I recommend this center any day of the week!

One of the worst appointments I've ever had!!! We booked an appointment on the Advent Health website for 10:20pm - we arrived a little earlier than requested - the receptionist, super rude and impolite, asked what my son's symptoms were. An hour later, they put us in a room to be seen by the doctor. Here we are, no sign of him. The room is freezing, super cold - I opened the door and said we were cold, an employee who was at a desk in front said there was nothing she could do, that we should wait ud83eudd79nnWhy did we take them out of the reception where the temperature was better and put them in a place like this, to continue waiting?nnIf we made an appointment, why did it take so long? *It seemed empty, there weren't many patients in the reception

Amazing Centra Care location. I have had to visit several times for an ongoing issue. The Clinical Team, especially Maria, are all very caring and supportive. Everyone at the facility from the Front Desk (Sydni and Nikki) make visiting the best experience it can be.

What a phenomenal experience! From the moment I walked in with my 5yr old the staff was beyond wonderful! The girl at the front desk was making believe that my daughter had magical powers and could make the tv channels move. I canu2019t thank the nurse Stacy enough! She went out of her way to treat my daughter like her own. She had to be swabbed and as any parent knows that is a nightmare. She did everything in her power to make it the best experience possible for my daughter. The doctor was also beyond exceptional! I wish I remembered her name! I highly recommend this urgent care! I will be going back here if I ever have another emergency!

I recently visited AdventHealth Centra Care Winter Garden feeling quite ill and was able to secure a same-day appointment. Check-in was efficient and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. The facility was clean and welcoming. Both the medical assistant and nurse were friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. They listened carefully to my concerns and spent the time needed to understand my situation. Follow-up was straightforward. While there was a short wait on the phone, I was able to successfully adjust my prescription over the call. I am grateful for the care I received at AdventHealth Centra Care Winter Garden and am now feeling much better. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.
