I frequent Wisecare when my kiddies get sick and need to be seen right away. Iu2019ve always had very positive experiences at this location.nnThe staff is always friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day or night weu2019ve come. Usually the physicians on duty do really well with children!nnThey send medication to your location typically right away so I donu2019t have a long wait when I get to my pharmacy.nnThumbs up for me.

I had an appointment at 9:15 am and they were on time calling me to the back. Very nice and professional and gave me what I needed and awesome advice and I was in and out. I would definitely see them again. Loved the dr. He knows his stuff.

Front desk and medical assistant were both friendly. The PA , Andrew was awesome. I didnu2019t feel rushed ,he listened to me , explained everything and prescribed the perfect combo of prescriptions to get me healthy again. Had a cough for over a month, made a mistake of going to a different urgent care a few weeks prior. I was better in a few days. Wisecare Pasadena didnu2019t disappoint, thank you!

Folks, itu2019s required that you give them a credit card to be seen there. This means the unfortunate people that cannot make their payments on time, will be forced to borrow the money with interest for their medical bill.nThis is a doctors office, in which they took an oath to help people. Sounds like they care more about their own wallets than anyone needing services. Girl at front desk was quick to tell meu201d I could get seen somewhere elseu201d if I didnu2019t provide my card.nThe doc was nice. I was in and out within 30 min.
