Impossible to reach Fanny Giron on mychart, she is the ONE doctor of the entirety of cape cod who is no accessible on mychart, sheu2019s been in practice over 2 years, Iu2019ve told them multiple times she is not in their list of Drs when trying to schedule through mychart, absolute waste of time cause I have had to go to walk in the two times Iu2019ve needed to schedule an appt. Absolute shame.

Have been with mashpee family medical Since I was transferred here from hyannis fam now For the better part of a decade +++ This is place has caring people that work here, I am very grateful for all the help I received since I first walked through Those doors Over ten years ago. As I continuously face many difficulties. The staff here is always caring, More than helpful, You know, it's the kind of stuff you would expect from a Doctor's office, But you don't really see too often these days. That's what you get from mashpee family medicine, Caring professionals, Life savers!!! Iam proof of that. Kristin at the front desk is always more then helpfull always corteous and professional, dr Patel always professional, Kate Grundy professional, goes above and beyond, she clearly cares about the patients and takes her job seriously, I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews on here. I've never experienced any of the issues posted below.to say the absolute least, This place saved my life!! And countless others. They helped me build toward what it has become today. And iam blessed!!! I can not thank All of the professionals at mashpee family medicine enough! I literally would not be here today without them! Facts!

Yes, I've been a patient at Mashpee Family Medicine over 12 years now. The relationship between the patient and the Caregiver is critical. Diane Wells is my PCP and she is wonderful. I feel like she knows me as well or better that I know myself. Did I mention that she's wonderful? Dr. Patel is pretty awesome as well. Even the office staff is caring and proactive. Very pleased so far with my experience. The staff is very nice and responsive. Iu2019ve had a huge challenge finding a new PCP that takes my insurance locally. Dr. Silva was great and handled a variety of issues on my first visit which I got within a week. The office is older which is my reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, Iu2019m very pleased so far.
