Kari was more than pleased with the help and assistance of the staff there. All were most courteous and sympathetic to her pain and suffering. It seemed that questions to her were very important in getting to a solution. Natalia Hines seemingly had a great resolution for Kari providing her with an injection rather than more acetaminophen which was what I would have tried. She and the rest of her team handled everything later. Thank goodness as Kariu2019s shot provided an amazing reduction in the pain.nWe immediately filled the prescription which Natalia provided and by evening Kari was in much less pain.nThanks so much for the help. Nurse and doctor were great; other staff member in the back area was kind and friendly. The girl at the front desk responded with u2018well we donu2019t have a choice so I guess sou2019 when I asked if it would be possible to have an X-ray of my daughteru2019s arm. I understand I came in a quarter to closing but I was ready to move on if they politely said it was too late to have an X-ray run. For such a great staff otherwise I would heavily consider a different front facing staff member.
