first visit. I really like the environment i got a good feel for the office.looking forward to having a doctor.I can talk to about anything. And be okay with that. I feel I'm going to get a legitimate answer back. An not just trying to sell me on something or rush me in and out.I feel he is Genuinely interested in my health. His assistants, we're very nice and polite, and they were smiling.

Today I was a walk in. Got a cut on my leg and wanted to have it looked at. Wonderful staff and I was seen pretty quickly. Dr. Lee was extremely helpful, kind, and really cares about his patients. Overall could not have had a better experience. Thank you all!

Do not schedule an appointment on Monday. I think everyone sets around Saturday and Sunday looking for a reason to go to the Doctor on Monday. They are way too busy on Monday. Waited for over an hour, just got up and left. You make your next appointment (3 months out) before leaving, they call 2 weeks before your appointment to see if your still good, then they call send text the day before to see if you are still good with your appointment. You show up 10 minutes before your appointment, the wait over an hour. WHAT? They expect you to keep your end of the appointment, but they do not keep their end. My time and Money are just as important as theirs. Show more respect to your customers time and money. I really like Dr. Jiwon Yoo. She is nice, polite, and gets down to business. Answer any question you might have.

Dr Lee and his staff are the best!!! Warm, friendly, and professional. I enjoy going to see them. Dr Lee is not a pill pusher, he's looking out for your best health interest. They are truly the best.
