I was so impressed with the staff and how quick my visit was. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Each staff member was kind and genuinely listened to why I was there. I highly recommend using them if you have a need. Thank you everyone who I had the good fortune to meet.

I'm done with this Urgent Care location. I was seen in July, paid my copay, and got treated. The next time I went in months layer for something else, I was told I owed over $100 for that July appointment. I spent a lot of time on the phone between my insurance and Norwood Urgent Care getting it straightened out. Next time, they tried to charge me that amount again telling me the insurance didn't change anything. I called insurance in front of them and it was all set. Today, I went in after a fall in the shower. This time, they told me I showed a $10 balance from that time and if I didn't pay it, I wouldn't be seen. I tried to hand my card over and she made me reach practically into the window to scan my card (I'm there for pain). My card didn't go theough foe some reason and they turned me away.nnIts not about $10 anymore. Ive read the responses to reviews in Google. While I've had good experiences with the actual treatment received there, the front end and business office are shady and just plain don't care. I'm positive there are patients that pay less attention to their bills than me who just pay and don't ask questions. So sad.

I visited Urgent Care in Walpole for treatment of a UTI. I was told that my prescription would be sent to the CVS in Walpole, which is a 24-hour pharmacy. I arrived at the Walpole CVS at 6:55 p.m., but was told there was no prescription on file. I waited until 7:30 p.m., still with no update.nnBy that time, I was experiencing a fever and needing to use the bathroom frequently. I tried calling the urgent care, but they had already closed. I made several calls to the on-call provider before I was finally informed that my prescription had been mistakenly sent to the Norwood CVS instead.nnI eventually received my antibiotics at 8:05 p.m., but due to the delay and discomfort, I couldnu2019t wait any longer for the pain medication I had been hoping to receive.nnThis experience was frustrating and physically distressing. Better communication and attention to detailu2014especially when it comes to sending prescriptions to the correct pharmacyu2014are essential for patient care and comfort.

Do not go here please, I am so upset, I brought my son hear because he hurt his hand at school, First of all the doctor comes into the room with an attitude, never announced who he was, from there he was just rude, You could tell he didn't want to be there, anyways he sent my son for an xray, then came back and said his hand, figer was just bruise and he just should take it easy. Again my son was in pain he didn't even tell me to give hime ibuprofen or Tylenol. Of course me being a mom did, they put a wrapp on his hand which he didn't even want to do that. My son was in pain in the car and at home to the point I called his doctors to make another appointment for the morning. Long story short he was seen , they took another xray, and his hand had a fracture, then we had to go to a hand orthopedic which gave him a cast. I called and complained. And some women called me back saying they had three providers look at his xray and it showed no fracture. The hand orthopedic showed me the xray yep it was fractured, this place didn't even show me anything. If i could give no stars i would. This place is not a good place to go to!! Stay away!!!

Not pleased with services over the last two months. Experienced HIPAA violations, doctors clearly arenu2019t reading charts- portal is unreliable and not up to date. No one knows how to fix it. Rude front desk people, doctors filling out patients charts with errors and discrepancies. Long waits even when advised they are shorter. Left with more pain, aggravation and frustration than when I arrived. Also was told by dr Ryan Murphy not to go back because there was nothing they could do for me along with a lot of other incorrect and irrelevant information. Pretty sure he actually is employed by insurance companies.
