We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Natick Urgent Care! From the moment we walked in, the check-in process was incredibly simple and efficientu2014with no wait time at all. The facility was clean, calm, and very well-organized. We were seen right away by Gretchen, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to really listen to our concerns and made sure our toddler felt safe and at ease throughout the visit. Her thorough approach led to a quick and clear diagnosis, and we were able to get started on a prescription immediately. Itu2019s rare to find care that is both efficient and compassionateu2014this place delivered on both. After the visit, my husband mentioned that it was the nicest urgent care he had been to. Highly recommend for both adults and children. Will return here should the need ever arise.

This was absolutely the best walk in clinic experience of my life. My mom had what turned out to be an abscessed cyst. At 86 with Alzheimeru2019s you can imagine how difficult that would be. They were amazing. We also had a follow up 2 days later and they were amazing again. I walked in with 9 patients behind me. When we were done all of those people were in rooms being assessed. Fast caring efficient compassionate knowledgeableu2026A+ care. I will drive to come back to this place.

The times I have gone, I felt the staff and the care I received was worth my time and money.nnMost recent visit I came 30 minutes before closing because of lingering symptoms of food poisoning. The PA was patient while explaining my condition and answering my questions.nnAdditionally, they reached out 2 days later to ask how I was doing which made my day.nnMy own PCP has still yet to acknowledge me when I reached out about my illness and instead my dr. office offered me virtual appointment with a random RN when I called to get help.nnI value in-person care for myself rather than tele-health.nnThank you to the staff for making me feel safe and more comfortable despite my nervousness around medical exams.
