This place was above and beyond all others! My husband had three procedures done at the same time on 4/1, and it was the first surgery between the two of us ever.nnI kid you not, every single person that we came across, from the beautiful woman at surgery check in - Ladonna was it? To the pharmacy and especially the doctors, nurses, and other staff - ASTOUNDING!! So professional, so kind and courteous and good at what they do! (And they made us homemade chicken noodles soup to go! So thoughtful ud83dudc95. )nnThe nursing staff - they deserve a gold medal. Every time I could not get a hold of my ENT office (which was never), the ladies here and one gentleman nurse just went above and beyond to assuage our fears and concerns. They were here when we needed them, and that meant the world to me. They never acted as if my call was an inconvenience (even if it was), and that speaks volumes of their character and professionalism.nnThank you all for making a scary and first-time surgery a wonderful, comforting experience.nnHighly recommend this place as your top choice!

My husband had outpatient surgery this morning. I can't thank the staff enough for their cheerfulness, and attention to detail. They are all clearly very good at their jobs. Being able to track his progress from surgery to recovery on the screen in the waiting room was amazing. Thank you for that. The fact that he was sent home with a container of chicken soup was beyond wonderful. Nobody likes to have surgery done but the crew at Western Reserve Hospital made it as pleasant as it could have been. Thank you everyone - from the first person we met this morning to the nurse who helped him in recovery and out to my car and everyone in between.

We came in at about 1:30 AM on a Friday morning after my daughter got severely dehydrated and was in a lot of pain after having her tonsils and adenoids removed here on Wednesday morning. We didnu2019t have to wait hardly at all to be taken back. The doctors and nurses were so caring with her and they donu2019t admit children but they recommended transport to Akron Childrenu2019s. They were able to give her an IV and start fluids and pain medicine until we could be transferred. Everyone was very caring ans the reception staff are so friendly. Also, Dr Lutz and his ENT team are so great with kids and I would highly recommend.

The process of my procedure was easy. There were so many nice people. Everyone was so nice and comforting considering the situation I needed care for. Thank you western reserve hospital for your care and kindness. Oh and the soup you sent home with me was amazing.
