Waited in the room for 40 mins to be seen. The F-NP came in the room and didnu2019t announce herself or who she was. Didnt even ask me my name or say hello. Just jumped right to it.. like I was wasting her time and she wasnu2019t getting paid for this visit!! Anyways, she spent all of 3 mins w/ me. She asked 4 questions and was like ok weu2019re going to test you for the flu and just walked out the room! Like umm mau2019am..hello!! Do I wait for someone, do I go somewhere.. like what!!?? I waited for another 15 mins before anyone else came in the room to do the test required. WHY is this place still open! I truly felt like she didnu2019t care about anything especially not me as a patient! Iu2019ll rather drive to Abq before going to X-press care EVER!!

Horrendous experience. Went in for allergy treatment for our daughter. 3 hours after the treatment she got extremely sick and they claimed it wasnt from them. We cancelled the treatment. Now two months later they are billing our insurance company and us for services not rendered on a date we were not physically present.nThis place is fraudulent.nStay away from this place.

Iu2019ve been going here since I moved to Clovis three years ago. You may have to wait quite some time if you go in the afternoon but to me itu2019s worth it. Pleasant doctors who are willing to take the extra mile to make sure youu2019re being diagnosed correctly. Thank you so much for making my experience great

Came on first. Checked in first. These idiots called everyone else behind me. I can see why the rating was so low. Poor patient care, worthless concern for patients. Will not come back dont recommend anyone going if this is the best Clovis has I will go out of town!!!
