The providers have been good however the clerical/phone staff have been horrible. In more than one interaction with the staff they have been dismissive and rude. Since the staff is the people that you interact the most with it is very hard to be ok with continuing care at this facility. On more than one occasion when I called to ask questions the staff has told me u201c I donu2019t know who told you that but nou201d. Even when I had a provider tell me if you have any issues just call and let me know and we can discuss it. I would call the staff and they would make me explain the issue and tell me no the doctor canu2019t do that. I ask to have the doctor call me and they u201ctook the messageu201d. No call back. Had to keep calling. One staff started raising her voice to me on the phone and tell me stop interrupting her. I had to interrupt her because she kept saying the same thing over and over and not answering the question asked. I just got tired and stopped interacting because that made me decide I donu2019t want to go back.

I was a client at this company for several months. Everything was going great until I had an evaluation with a PA named Lisa Bradley the worst patient care in the world. The company supposedly is known for their telehealth evaluations. She never did an actual video call. it was just a phone call to evaluate me then she proceeded to accuse me of false allegations in regards to my mental health and well-being definitely not something you would want from a practitioner who is supposed to be Compassionate in regards to your mental health and well-being. The company abruptly discontinue services left me high and dry and wouldnu2019t even write me a return to work notice based on her false allegations from the worst practitioner that Iu2019ve ever encountered in my adult life not really sure how she even has a job beware of this company and this PA Lisa Bradley seems to me like fraudulent activity is going on with Allied health solutions based on the way they conduct business not living up to their name of telehealth !
