This location is amazing , I live in a nearby neighborhood and this is my go to. Sandra is frontDesk and so amazing! I went one time a couple years ago and have been a patient ever since. Iu2019ve brought my kids and also referred other family and friends. Itu2019s so hard to find a place with all the things of importance to you & I believe Onpointe Cordva is mine. I went into the office at 8:00am. After several calls, my prescription was finally sent in to Walgreens at 12:30pm. (I know it wasn't called in because I spoke with a pharmacy tech). Nurse Practitioner Susan Ibrahim refuses to send in your prescriptions following your appointment. Instead she waits 4 hours to send it into the pharmacy, because she's busy. So, as a sick patient I come into the office to wait and now have to wait on you to call in my medication. Ibrahim is the only practitioner at OnPointe that doesn't have practices that consider patients.

My daughter had been sick for over 2 weeks and tested negative for strep, Covid, and flu. She had a high fever this morning and came to OnPointe Care hoping they can see her. Not only were they able to see her they were able to figure out what was going on with my daughter. I am so great full we came in.

I came to on point at 6:25pm online states close at 7:00pm. Well I get to the door itu2019s locked the receptionist comes to the door open it and just look at me with this nasty look and I finally say hello Iu2019m trying to get service; the receptionist states we are closed roll eyes and I ask online it shows you all close at 7:00pm; She proceeds to say well itu2019s 6:30 and we have the right to close it is close to closing time so why would you come and I was shocked how rude she was and I ask for her name than she shuts the door in my face.I look online for the corporate Number and couldnu2019t find it; call into the location I was at to ask to speak with the manager the same receptionist informs the manager is not in and then I ask for her name again she proceeds to ask me what do I need her name for; to file a complaint she say she was not rude in which she was extremely rude and then hangs the phone up on me.This isnu2019t the lady first time being rude like she seems to always be upset with certain types of customers!!This type of behavior at the work place, place of business that is supposed to help the people/customers needs to stop and disciplinary action should be put in place when employees are rude to the customers/patients!!The employee put her mask on so I could not get her picture but the coworkers and manager should know who she is with the mask on and I tried to mark out the other ladies with the red highlight. By the way the closed up and left out at 6:45pm not the closing time of 7:00pm. If you want to be closed or gone before 7:00pm please readjust hours to reflect the actual time of closing!!Thanks,Disappointed

Service is really slow . You will sit in the waiting room 1-2 hrs just waiting on the receptionist to put your information in then you sit another hour and a half waiting to be called to the back , once you get to the back thatu2019s another 1-2 hr wait . The clinic only had one patient in the back and several people in the front .its no reason for themTo be this slow when itu2019s only one patient in the back . Everyone move sooooooo slow no matter what time of the day it is service is always super slow
