I had never been to Plymouth Urgent Care before so I didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be a great experience. Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to Anna, the PA was great. Anna took a lot of time with me. She was warm, friendly and thorough. She asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. I feel I'm finally on the way to finding a solution for my long running respiratory problem.

The provide was very thorough, took time to speak with me about my concerns and created a care plan. She took her time unlike the limited time a primary care provider has. It's unfortunate the clinic does not have more diagnostic capabilities on site.

I had a most positive experience with the Urgent Walk In Clinic. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. I had come in for a COVID test and I was sent right away and tested not long after completing my initial paperwork. For me, the Walk In Clinic is highly recommended.
