Staff was super pleasant, except my tester. He walked too fast ahead of me and spoke with his back to me. He didn't smile or give much eye contact. I felt uncomfortable. But worst of all he lied. He asked me if I wanted a copy of my report. I told him only if I failed. He said he passed me. I went to my job only to be asked to leave in the middle of my training.

Got there for a drug test for a job. Sat in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half before I was called and the place didn't seem busy. Had it not been for Megan, who took the sample, I'd give Concentra one. Megan has a great attitude and was fun to talk to!!!
