I went there late last night, 15 minutes before close and they were kind enough to see me since they take last patient half hour before close. they were quick, efficient, and kind. the doctor was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. he is very good with people. He took care of assessing my ear infection issue and called in the antibitic which was at the drug store when I arrived. I give this doctor and business high ratings because they were kind and efficient at each step of the way and that is priceless.

I took my 15 month old in today for an ear infection and cold. We waited out in the reception room for only about 20 minutes. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Waited at least an hr for the doctor but that was understandable with the amount of people that were there. We showed up right when it opened, and there was a line. I would recommend getting there sooner than later in the am. Our nurse were very nice and helpful. My son didn't stop screaming the whole time and she tried to do anything to help us during the wait time. We will be back again if we need too!

The all the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my go to urgent care. I've never had a bad experienced here. The wait time has always been very minimal. I was seen yesterday for an infection. Today I've been nauseous and throwing up. I just had to make a call to them and the doctor sent a prescription to the pharmacy for me. They have always been caring and professional!

I brought my almost 4 year old daughter in when she spiked a high fever and complained of an ear ache during the holiday weekend. She is typically very nervous around doctors and in new places, and I expected some chaos and lots of tears (mine and hers). Both professionals who came in contact with me and my daughter were so patient with her! They explained to her in a kid-friendly way what they were doing, engaged her appropriately and made her feel comfortable the entire time. My daughter hasn't stopped talking about the awesome doctors since we left there. THANK YOU SO MUCH. While I hope we don't have a need to come in again, at least I know that if there is a need, we can trust that our daughter will be in good hands.

My family has been using the Westgate office for years. They have always been courteous, professional, and accurate in their medical assessment. As a fellow medical professional, I have always found their medical opinions sound, and well thought out. I will continue to bring my family to this office, as I have always been pleased with their level of care. While the criticism of their waiting room is well justified (come on guys, give it a refresh!), I go there for their competency, not the ambiance. I highly recommend this office with great confidence.
