Went for migraine back of head near left ear. My left ear and migraine are severely hurting. He gave me medicine to knock out migraine and even a new type of migraine medication. Both have not worked. He also took a culture to determine if it's a viral/bacterial infection. I'm kinda hoping it is so I can get antibiotics. Not really sure why antibiotics weren't prescribed on first trip. It hurts to open my jaw and pain from migraine is still there. Culture results will come back in 24 to 72 hours. In mean time i am unable to work or function at home life activities without becoming dizzy and catching myself from falling. I have to trust the process and hopefully this will be figured out soon.

Rakhat Ashymov was able to get me in to evaluate my injury right away even after a very short notice. After a thorough evaluation he explained my options, including a possible CT scan, which was a very good decision to determine the extent of my wound. It turned out to be a non displaced sternal fracture. Then he prescribed a drug which treated the pain very well. Rakhat did all this in a very professional but still friendly manner which made me confident that he was making the right diagnosis. I feel fortunate to have been treated by him.
