Val is an amazing provider. She looked at the entire situation my family had been experiencing over the past four weeks and came up with a comprehensive plan for my daughter. Val is meticulous, caring, knowledgeable and a brilliant PA. If there where more people like Val in the world providing healthcare we would all be better for it. Give that woman a raise ! Iu2019m usually very hesitant going to the doctor. I never feel seen or understood. We live about 20 minutes away but decided to drive out of the way for the better reviews. The building was very clean. The check in experience was easy and I was able to use my phone to quickly do paperwork and even see a live waitlist. I told the doctor my symptoms and she really made me feel validated. The nurse was also very sweet, and even though I have a history of fainting with getting my blood taken, she did an outstanding job and made sure I had water and crackers after. This is the best doctor visit Iu2019ve ever had, so thank you to all the staff for your hard work.

Compacted ear wax was the reason for second visit to a clinic. Dr Val was excellent, as was her assistant that flushed the ears. Compassionate and caring of the sensitivity due to previous surgery that had left me deaf in one ear. Thanks for such great caregiving, and blessings to both ladies for their wonderful care to this 91 yr old antique little girl.

Woke up with another UTI. Every time I use York Walk In I am seen promptly because of online scheduling. All the providers and staff are helpful and empathetic. I always feel better as a result of the treatment. I would highly recommend York Walk In.

The last few times I have been there to be checked out, everyone has been very professional. After a few minutes, there was some relief of being able to joke/kid as we relaxed and new each other better. They as human as we are. They took my information and vitals with utmost care and professionalism. I had my Rxs same day and a complete detail of how and when to my medication/s. My thanks to all that helped me to get better. JF
