We had a legitimate bill from them but they were tacking on an extra $300u2013which is INSURANCE FRAUD. Our primary health insurance called them multiple times on our behalf telling them these charges were inappropriate and removing them. I filed a complaint with the insurance fraud dept of MI and with the BBB.

DON'T PAY THE BILL! chatgpt reviewed the charges and said they were likely illegal. It wrote an email for me, and from that email alone, Envision made the bill $0. I am now fighting to get the rest of my money back. DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL!

These people are scammers. I went to Northside Hospital and checked my patient portal and the billing portal; had a balance of zero. But these people keep calling me and claim that I owe them money. I went through my hospital bill and saw that All amounts including my deductible and coinsurance and everything else that I owed the hospital was Paid by me and the rest was covered by my insurance. These people are absolutely disgusting scammers.Do not pay a dime.

I will most definitely be making a claim with BBB with all this harassment I been receiving from Envision Physician services about a bill that's been paid by my insurance and i continue to get billed and most definitely will be starting a claim. It's very upsetting that business like this don't take customers seriously and keep trying to rip ppl off for money that's not owed. This is u unacceptable they definitely running some kind of scheme.

Be aware of these criminals. I went to the ER with my 18 months old baby. Doctor came after 2 hrs of waiting. Asked me the symptoms. Consultation was no more than 2 min. I was billed by the hospital $1962 and by the physician, separately $659, on the physician bill - envision services Supposedly because I did not have insurance , they reduced it to $359. They kept harassing me with texts and paper bills. I finally paid the bill. I will do more research on it and I will announce my bank about their fraudulent activities .
