As someone who has severe medical-based anxiety, I was so impressed with my experience at One Medical. Walking in to the practice, I felt like I was in a spa or therapist's waiting room--not a stuffy medical facility, The front desk staff was friendly and personable. Dr. Jessica Lue Lai was so personable, compassionate and took lots of time to get to know me and my medical history. I feel seen and understood in our appointment. Stephanie, who did my blood draw, was friendly, patient and professional when dealing with this needle-phobe. Overall, it was the most positive medical experience I've ever had.

the team at this location is wonderful! I've always had good experiences with all one medical staff, but this location's team is extra great. The waiting room experience is calming and efficient, the front desk team is absolutely lovely, lab work is very prompt and speedy, and the medical team is friendly and provides great care. Would recommend!
