Went in as a walk-in with my 2 children (2 & 4 months). Had nothing short of a great experience. The staff were so friendly going above and beyond with my son, making him feel so comfortable! It's definitely worth more than 5 ud83cudf1f

Brought my 8 month old here for an ear infection while we were in the area visiting family - we didn't have to wait long for our appt (I reserved a time online) and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I even got a call a couple days later from them checking on my little one.

If you want your child to be prioritized in the manner they walked in, make sure the owners wife and child does not come in while youu2019re waiting, because although this is a walk in urgent care and patients should be prioritized in the order in which they check in, the wife and child of the owner will be prioritized ahead of your sick child because their status and access clearly makes them more important.nnThe owners response of patients being prioritized based on condition and not family status would have been acceptable if the receptionist/MA didnu2019t specifically tell me that she had to take the owners child and wife back before me because they canu2019t wait too long in the lobby. After which she continued to check the lobby to see myself and my child still waiting and repeatedly asking me why the other MA hasnu2019t taken me back yet. How else would I have known who they were unless that information was provided to me? Bottom line is thatu2019s unacceptable and from a consumers standpoint, I wouldnu2019t want to go to a place, let alone take my sick child somewhere they arenu2019t prioritized in the proper manner and privilege outweighs sickness and condition. Itu2019s u201cYKUCu201d until itu2019s the owners child. Then YK has to wait!

Called the office to see if there was a wait and if my insurance was accepted. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Asked if my insurance was accepted u201cyeah.u201d Asked if there was a wait. u201cYeahu201d could you tell me about how long u201cI donu2019t know: I donu2019t know what everyone is here for.u201d I donu2019t know his name because he never states it when he answered, but I called around 4:45 on 1/24. Incredibly unprofessional like theyu2019ve nevered answer the phone at an office before or had any type of customer service training. Immediately hung up and went somewhere else. Awful behavior especially from a place that exclusively sees children.

I just called to tell them I drove a dirty nail up my leg and needed a tetanus shot and some antibiotics. I could get there before they closed, but there were no questions asked and they refused me. Thanks alot. I WOULD NEVER TAKE A CHILD OF MINE THERE, based on that response. It was a male with a deep voice. Go work at Burger King, my friend. You're in the wrong business. That way you can have it YOUR way. BTW, I've been an RN for 30 years. I appreciate YOUR service and experience.
