came here ealy new year's day with a flu that progressed into an infection. we were in and out within 20-ish minutes. nurse practitioner was really kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us really well. called our prescription to CVS in randolph just a few minutes away and that was ready on the drive over. we got home less than an hour after leaving. great experience overall

Over the past years, my girlfriend and myself have used this urgent care generally to satisfactory results, but over the last few visits we've made, we've come to the conclusion that this place is not fit to diagnose or treat patients. We had to push for the attending nurse practitioner to remotely take my girlfriend seriously. She was sick for 2 weeks at the time that we went in fearing coxsackies virus as she had had it a year prior. The attending nurse practitioner immediately disregarded our concerns said it was just a basic skin rash and had some other viral infection take over the counter medication and nasal spray which was provided and cortisone cream. The attending nurse practitioner did a cursory inspection of her throat and ears and and continue to dismiss the possibility of coxsackies or a bacterial infection .Jump 4 days My girlfriend was still ill We went to another urgent Care and they immediately noticed the signs of Coxsackee's virus and did a full bacterial culture (to rule out strep and other bacterial infections of the upper respiratory system) which was not offered to us at your urgent Care with the exception of the basic strep A in-house test which was only performed after our rigorous persistence. We will not be returning to this practice. We just wanted others to be warned that you will not be receiving any and all available possible options
