I was in town from NJ and ended up with pneumonia. Everyone here was so kind and helpful, especially when they asked me which pharmacy and I had no clue where to go! I gave my daughter's new address and they helped me find a Walgreen's nearby (which was also fantastic!). I found this Urgent Care online and they had availability so it's why I chose it, but I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area needing care. Thank you!!

This was my first time visiting here and it was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait wasn't too long for a Saturday late evening walk in. I appreciate them for finding the problem and getting it resolved.

The service her is outstanding. Iu2019ve seen 2 different doctors here and both of them were caring and understanding. The cost is reasonable at 100 for a visit. They send your prescriptions to the pharmacy for you and ask extra questions to be sure they are understanding why you came in.

Don't go here when there are very professional places nearby like IHA etc. The place is seedy looking and dirty - when I said hello (no one around but me and someone who looked like a doctor) I was told tersely, no welcome, no smile, she'll be with you in a minute with a gesture to the back of the place - so a young lady comes out all business, again no welcome or hi how are you, but starts peppering me with questions for her filling out insurance etc. very controlling, no warm interaction. I try to joke with her a bit and that was a waste. Then I asked for my license and insurance card back and she continued to keep it despite being done with it and my asking for it several times. And even tho I explained to her why I was asking for it as have been in situations where people don't give them back and I forget being flustered about something. She was dismissive and even tho finished says to me I'll get them back when she's done with them very rude. Now all of this time I'm being friendly and warm with people even tho this isn't the treatment or feeling of welcome and concern you'd expect to get from a medical practice dealing with people coming in who are ailing,I'm asked to fill out this electronic intake and didn't know how to do some of it (work the program) so asked, oh gee what a bother! I'm sure many people don't know how to work it as I'm pretty computer literate .... so then I'm told to go to #1 and wait. So far.... seeing a mechanic or Midas muffler would be far warmer and friendly than this situation - notably cold and dismissive. the medical asst was a better experience, not that she directed any concern or warmth but she was bright and cheery about her job while she took my blood pressure.I'm directed to go back and do a urine sample and to find my way thru the back warehousy part of the building which looked mess, but I find a small bathroom, do the sample and am shocked to see someone elses urine sample there also. I can tell you I've been in many medical situations and NEVER have I seen one where you leave urine samples about with others having access to them.So then back in rm 1 the 'doctor' comes in and just looks at me - I again say hello to him, he introduces himself without a smile or warmth and asks me why I'm here (no, how are you? Or anything welcoming/empathic) --- I said, I'm puzzled I just wrote it all out in detail for you before coming in here -- did you not get it? He says, yes he has, he just wants me to tell him anyhow -- again, no warm, friendly anything but grim, UPTIGHT.... so I explain AGAIN what's happening -- and he asks some additional questions with all of the bedside manner of ... what? even a mechanic has a better presence....He tells me the sample was clearly showing a LOT of bacteria acting shocked - 'how long have you had sxs?' He prescribes, explains they'll send it out to see if there is any particular one strain that would be a concern and require more than the antibiotic he's prescribed.soo we're done and I give a cordial thank you as leaving - he's still grim/uptight in his response --Today I get a call from someone following up telling me that I don't have a UTI the sample came back clean--- Honey, I know I have a UTI and you folks did too, how can you go from telling me the sample was loaded with bacteria to -- oh it was clean?? unless you confused samples or have a bad lab. Lots of oh well it doesn't matter and transfering me to someone else -- who also did a lot of fabricating, minimizing and making excuses. At which point as of course I'll get a bill for this lab work on a wrong specimen -- I told her that the place was a shitshow. There was a reason this was sent out for further testing....and now who knows what happened to the original sample? Never again.I went here years ago and it wasn't this bad... Again there are so many professional places in the area -- take this one off your list.

I went in for chemical skin reaction and was in and out in less than 35 minutes as a walk in, and with a shot given and medication sent to my pharmacy. I'm very stressed about going to the doctors, and the staff was extremely genuine and didn't make me feel judged at all or incompetent. Overall great experience!
