I was having ear infection pain and was unable to see my regular doctor on a Saturday. I called a few clinics in Roseville and Auburn and here in Grass Valley, they either were closed or unable to see me because my symptoms were also possibly due to COVID-19 and these places were out of Covid tests. So I called Yuba Docs, they said, sure we can get you in, such a relief, as my next option was the ER, which is expensive and slow moving. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional. I did wait for about 2 hours to see a doctor, but they didn't charge me anything, apparently because I was tested for Covid, I wasn't going to question it. I was able to get the much needed antibiotics to take care of my ear infection, and my wallet isn't hurting for it.Thank you so much Yuba Docs!

Went to Yubadocs after being sick for a week. Front office was very friendly, explained process for COVID screening. Communication was quick and efficient with the MA/clinical assistant and the doctor. After being screened (negative result), I was able to go in and be seen by Dr.Hicks. He was friendly and took the time to do an exam and explain his findings. He reviewed the medications he prescribed and they quickly faxed them to my pharmacy. Overall I felt everyone was very friendly and very professional, which means a lot during times like this. I appreciate their help and their efficiency and I wouldnu2019t hesitate to go there again.

I take exception with all the negative reviews. Staff and health care providers have always been friendly, compassionate and helpful. If you end up in a waiting room for a length of time, it's because some procedures for other patients take more time, such as x-rays. Nobody is not doing nothing!

My wife and I went here because she was attacked by a dog. After waiting for 4 hours after she had bled through her gause. We went back to a room where they asked how it happened. She explained that it was while she was at work. After that they wanted a workman's comp form filled out, and they would not provide care till it was filled out. So we waited in a back room for another hour while they did nothing. All the while my wife was still bleeding. Even though they had our insurance information and we explained we would pay out of pocket just to get care but they ignored us. My wife eventually broke down and after that they provided her with care. She went back for a check up and they still hadn't heard from her employed 2 days later. At which point she was treated like someone trying to dodge payment the whole time. They tried to discharge her with undressed and actively bleeding wounds and proceeded to get in her face and yell at her for asking about an additional charge after they had ran her card and were about to let her leave. This place was the worst experience out of an urgent care that I have ever seen.

When I went in for a broken toe I was able too be seen quickly towards closing time. The nursing staff was kind and personable. Dr. Harris was not quite as friendly or gentle with my broken toe, but she did her job.In my follow up appointment I showed up on time at 1:30 and waited 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Not even a u201csorry weu2019re running behindu201d or any acknowledgement of the delay from the staff. There are better ways to handle this - call me ahead of time so I donu2019t waste my time in the waiting room during a pandemic, or tell me theyu2019re running behind when I check in so I can get some lunch, or at the VERY least be apologetic for making me wait and give me updates on when I can expect to see someone. When I did finally see Trevor Nichols, he was friendly and efficient, and sensitive to avoid pain from too much prodding.
