Went in because had a severe case of thrush and couldnu2019t get in see my normal doctor Dr Patton. Was sent in saw Dr King. Which I now find out is a nurse practitioner not a dr. He didnu2019t shut up and listen to anything and proceeded to say not thrush, not strep A. Also couldnu2019t tell me what it was exactly. Gave me a zpac which donu2019t treat thrush, and makes it worse it can cause it itself. Iu2019m in even more pain and now Iu2019m going to miss my Motheru2019s Day with my daughter. Iu2019m very disgusted and upset that this happened, Iu2019m in more pain, and that idiotic nurse practitioner DrKing, should be scrubbing floors, instead of messing with peopleu2019s health.

Sad to give a bad review but the bed side manner of the doctor was very rude.nI couldn't get in with my daughters pcp and was referred to go there.nWe will never return,nhe made us feel uncomfortable to be there as if we weren't welcomed from the moment he started talking, and at the end confirmed it by having the nurse hand us a pediatricians card from somewhere else suggesting next time my daughter feels ill to go there instead they are urgent care there (we didn't plan on ever returning to him anyways)

If you are in need of just an x-ray (ordered by an orthopedic doctor who recommended this place), I would highly recommend you avoid going here. We didn't need a doctor consult. Just an x-ray. They were not explicitly clear upfront that patients who walk in will seen first. We were told three people were ahead of us. That's fine. But then, they started calling more without taking care of us. It was then we were informed that they would see others first. We would have been there all day long. I bet the x-ray technician was idle. Most of the patients looked like they just were sick with a cold or flu and would not need x-rays. We ended up leaving and going to Floresville where we were promptly taken care of.

Was referred by my primary doctor to this office. He had no openings. I went in and came out the same. Never again, I'd rather drive to SA.Will not recommend to my friends. I saw the difference of treatment to the white folks when they walked in.

Waited a long time to be seen. Apparently they only have two rooms in the entire place for Urgent Care patients. Was seen by a PA instead of a Doctor and she ordered x-rays. The following day I called to see about the results and was told I had to go to the Hospital in Forestville because the images were not clear enough to read. I am in a lot of pain and I was sent home with a muscle relaxer no pain meds. The girl at the front desk of the urgent care said the PA could not write a prescription for pain meds. What good is she? Followed up with my doctor and come to find out they didn't even take the x-ray in the correct location of my back. I had to go to Stric to have more x-rays done. I will never go to that Urgent Care ever again. They also call themselves an Urgent Care yet when they bill the insurance it does not say it anywhere on the invoice. My insurance would not pay it as an Urgent Care visit. I called them several times but they would not send anything showing Urgent Care. So instead of my $100 co-pay it cost me $357.00. Shady people.
