Overcharged me for PT appointments for over a year. When I explained my issues to billing they said to go to my insurance. So I did. Insurance said Iu2019m being overcharged. I call Corewell billing again and explain everything again. They hang up on me! Do NOT USE Corewell Health facilities if you can help it. Beaumont (corewell) has already had class action lawsuits against them for immoral billing practices. And they have no intention of changing their ways anytime soon.

Best hospital in the Holland area (yes, better than Holland Hospital). Super experienced & welcoming staff; you can tell that management pushes for good employee treatment & customer care. They are constantly improving themselves and working to assist the community. We had our first child here and we were blown away by the great care & attention to detail they gave. Excellent doctors & staff!

Your urgent care is the worst. Iu2019ve been there several times. I have a four-year-old nonverbal autistic child who has seizures and who is sick often and every single time no one knows anything about autism. Theyu2019re rude as all get out. Itu2019s disgusting and embarrassing. Educate your people. They try to shove medicine down his throat making him gag knowing that weu2019ve said 1 million times he does not take medicine. They argue every time we advocate for him. You should be embarrassed to have a poorly educated staff of uncaring individuals.

I am so glad I let my friend take me to this ER after having HH send me home twice with no answers and no pain meds for such an unimaginable amount of pain.. The Zeeland ER doctor was excellent! And very thorough. He found what HH missed right away. Pancreatitis. They admitted immediately & It was quite a nice experience. The AMAZING nurses , doctors, specialists , supervisor, down to the wonderful cafeteria ladies, the cleaning ladies, everyone who just came in to check on me and encourage me. Everyone who came in to share a laugh with me during such a painful scary time, really made a difference in my stay. So kind, empathetic, funny and supportive ! So quick to any discomfort or questions. They truly attended to me both physically and emotionally..forever grateful ! It felt like I was in the best of hands. 10/10 would recommend.
