We were passing through from out of state and were treated so kindly and quickly, but thoroughly. Everyone was friendly and the NP was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. She treated my child, and sent us on our way. This took a lot of stress off of us for the remainder of our vacation.

I visited CareFirst Urgent Care this morning and was greeted by a warm smile from the very professional receptionist. She processed my son's insurance and medical history quickly and accurately. After just a four-minute wait, we were called back by a nurse who, although semi-friendly, could benefit from some customer service training to match the receptionist's excellent demeanor.nnOnce in the exam room, we were seen by a polite and caring nurse practitioner. She examined my son, answered all our questions, and diagnosed him fairly quickly. It was evident that she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I appreciated the quality of service we received during our visit.

So I went in Urgent Care. After a few days I did not feel good and called Urgent Care asking for medicine but the provider who has seen me was not there. It was Sunday and thereu2019s no provider who can order medicine for me. I was really down and thought that do I really need to go to another urgent care to get the medicine that I needed. Then Shelly Davis called, she told me about my labs result. I told her my predicament and she ordered medicine right away. Sheu2019s an angel to me that day. She is in the right profession who is compassionate to her patient. Thank you Shelly Davis for being an angel that day.

I don't regularly like doctor visits, but this staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The bonus was that I went in for a dot physical and to my surprise the procedure was handled with 30-40 mins max, including all the paperwork required. I was pleased with the overall experience. Thank you CareFirst Urgent Care Staff

Just don't. Maybe if you don't have insurance this place is acceptable but if you're insured, go somewhere else. First red flag was the policy that they keep a credit card on file. I declined and had to ask clarifying questions to find away around this policy. Second red flag was Ciara the receptionist who kept disappearing to take personal calls. 1/2 an hour to get checked in. Much discussion about the pretzels the folks behind the desk were ordering. No test ran. Bill was $300. Without insurance the visit is $100. I've visited other walk in clinics and this particular company is significantly more expensive. Called and spoke with Tina in billing. Advised this was my first visit with their office. When I advised her it wasn't, that I had been here several times, I was advised that it was my first time since their rebranding. Will never go here again. Lesson learned.
