I've been here twice now and the staff was excellent. Everyone is incredibly empathetic and takes their time. They all show such true compassion. Front desk, assistant nurse, and the practitioner (don't recall whether nurse or doctor ud83dude05) have been great.

This is my second visit. I've been very pleased! They are fast, efficient and friendly. Kyle, the NP listens. Nikki, the receptionist is so cheerful and knowledgeable. The nurse was great too!

Needed a sport physical for my Son, second one because previous one was not on the correct form. 45$ self pay, mission accomplished. Great service from the front desk to the provider. Waited a minimal amount of time. Friendly office, will visit again if needed.

Tracy and the staff were friendly and efficient (and a little sassy ud83dude09) and they get 5 stars!nCareFirst (or Rapid Relief like it says on the sign??) gets 3. Idk if they're in the middle of corporate roulette or what but the place itself is kinda shabby and unprofessional (again, they don't even have the correct name on the sign). The waiting room/lobby needs to be updated badly, So I would assume that would apply to any employee facilities as well. Some newer more comfy chairs, maybe put up some chair railing along the wall where all the sheetrock is destroyed because of the chairs they have now. It wouldn't take very much to make it a much more comforting and inviting environment.nSee kids, that's how doctors offices used to be, way back in the way back (15-20 years ago) before hedge funds and private investment firms owned every single doctor's office and hospital in the country. That being said, the cash price for peasants like me who hath no insurance was definitely a huge plus. $100 office visit in 2025 is genuinely appreciated. I do recommend.
