We spend winter months in Galvaston and this is my second occurrence needing an urgent care visit while here. Both times I have chosen West Isle Urgent care. I can honestly say the customer service at reception, intake by the nurse, and bed side manner of the doctor was top notch. If future care is needed while on the Island this will be where I choose to go.

Being a Winter Texan and finding myself in need of medical care, (twice during my winter visit) I'm grateful to have found West Isle Urgent Care. Dr. Zompa and his staff members are phenomenal! Dr. Zompa is caring and knowledgeable and will make sure that your needs are addressed and that your questions are answered. The staff is as polite and efficient as any I have ever seen. If you're an older traveler or someone who lives in Galveston, you won't find a better medical practice! I'm definitely telling others about Dr Zompa's practice! Thank you Dr and staff!

I only came here to get my TB Test done. It was a clean facility. It was never crowded whenever I came to get it done and examined. The customer service was fine with me. No one was rude or anything that stood out in a positive or negative manner. I would definitely like to see how well they do someday, one day, if I actually need something more than a test. The TB test was $35 then you have to go back again in 48-72 hours to make sure there are no signs of TB. They give you a paperwork printed as proof of verification. You'll need your driver's license.

My experience at west isle with my son was great he fractured his toe while playing football. The ladies in front were really nice and the wait wasnu2019t long at all the price wasnu2019t bad either since we self payed $245 bucks for office visit , X-rays, and a boot for his foot was a steal the lady doctor we saw was awesome no pau2019s just mds couldnu2019t ask for more when someone is taking care of your child we will definitely be returning!!!
