Wow! I could not have asked for a better experience at the Bridgeport ZoomCare. I had flu-like symptoms and wanted a same-day appointment, but none were available online. I went into this location expecting to be turned away, as they advertised limited walk-ins available. To my pleasant surprise, Joanna at the front desk was able to work some magic and get me in with Dr. Bassaly within 40 minutes. They were both wonderful to work with, and Dr. Bassaly took his time asking questions and explaining everything in a very kind manner. While it's no fun being diagnosed with Flu A, these folks certainly took the took the sting off. Thank you!
