Very happy! Courteous receptionist, Dr Kristi King knowledgeable and thorough. Wonderful experience though waiting room not too comfortable. Took time to answer my questions I'm satisfied with the diagnosis and she got the prescription to the pharmacy ASAP I'm very pleased with the experience.

I recently called Zugen Health Injured Urgent Care and had the pleasure of speaking with Catherine. Thanks to her, I was able to quickly get something extremely important regarding my health. She responded immediately, never put me on hold, and was attentive throughout the entire process. As you know, quality customer service is hard to come by these days, but Catherine truly keeps everything running smoothly. Never going back to this place again. We went to this urgent care and the nurse practitioner Marlene Roberts took care of us. We never saw a doctor and paid over $200 for 5 minutes of her time! She was arrogant and rude 3 times within those few minutes while meeting with us. The place was empty, so her attitude couldn't be attributed to other people waiting to be seen by her. In the past, we met with an actual doctor who was super nice to us, dedicated some time to us and even DISCOURAGED my husband from taking the medication that she suggested right away!!Extremely disappointing experience!!

Terrible experience overall. To begin with, the only seating available in the waiting room are uncomfortable and flimsy plastic chairs that are more for aesthetics than human bodies. I went to get my blood pressure checked, but was unable to get a reading because they only have one size cuff. I had to pay out of pocket even though I'm insured. When I got my bill in, they 'diagnosed' me with conditions we never spoke about. The staff and doctors are incredibly biased and not helpful to people already struggling with illness.

I have a great primary care doc but for certain quick things I've gone to Zugan for several years and always got fast, competent and friendly service. Recently I have found it to be the best way by far to get a COVID test. Make an appointment, even the same day. A knowledgeable doc comes out quickly and takes the swab for a test that fits your situation and symptoms. You're done and gone in no time. The result, more reliable than a home test, comes quickly by email and phone call.
